Beach Daze MAL
Now that the days getting a little bit brighter, the longing for warmer days spent living outside and enjoying the summer season is starting to grow. With the Beach Daze MAL, Scheepjes has the perfect project to let those summery dreams run wild! During this official Scheepjes Make-A-Long, the Beach Daze design by Scheepjes Blogger Susan Walsh of Peppergoose Design will take center stage. With a choice of three stunning variations of this adaptable filet crochet design included in the pattern, participants can choose to make a tunic, top or dress. Each of these light and airy garments can all be made using either Scheepjes Maxi Sugar Rush or Whirlette yarns, with additional instructions available for a gorgeous gradient dress using a combination of Scheepjes Whirl and Whirlette.
The Beach Daze MAL will be held from 3 March to 24 March in the Official Scheepjes Dutch and International Facebook groups. This is the perfect opportunity for intermediate to advanced crocheters to improve their skills and expand their knowledge of crocheted garments. Thanks to the size-inclusive pattern, which is available in sizes from XS to 5XL, and the detailed photos and written instructions provided in the weekly blog posts by the designer, participants will have all the information they need to create their garment with confidence. With the creative energy of the worldwide Scheepjes community (almost 110,000 members in total!) and the extra support provided in the Facebook groups by Susan and the knowledgeable moderators and admins, this MAL has all the ingredients to be a successful and enjoyable project for all!
